煤矿巷道锚杆预应力井下试验研究

Field test study on bolt prestress of roadway in coal mine

摘要: 为研究煤矿井下巷道锚杆预应力的影响因素,在塔然高勒煤矿井下巷道开展顶帮六组锚杆预紧扭矩与预应力的相关试验。结果表明,锚杆预应力随锚杆预紧扭矩增加而增大,呈现良好的正相关变化趋势|锚杆偏斜度严重影响锚杆预应力的大小,锚杆安装偏转角度越大,则锚杆预应力就越小|煤岩层强度也影响到锚杆预应力大小,其强度越高则锚杆预应力就越大。研究结果可为煤矿回采巷道锚杆预应力参数设计提供参考。

Abstract: In order to study the limiting factors affecting the conversion efficiency of bolt prestress in underground coal mine roadway, six groups of bolt pre-tightening torque and pre-stress conversion tests were carried out in a mine roadway. About the transformation efficiency of anchor prestressing, the greater the deflection angle of anchor installation, the lower the transformation efficiency of anchor prestressing; the strength of coal and rock strata supported by anchor limits the value of anchor prestressing; the higher the strength of coal and rock mass, the greater the value of anchor prestressing. The research results can provide reference for the design of bolt prestress parameters in coal mining roadway.
