基于拉梅解答的喷射混凝土当量厚度分析与应用

摘要: 为了解决干湿喷混凝土当量喷厚的问题,为湿喷混凝土设计提供参考。在弹性力学圆筒受均布载荷的拉梅解答的基础上,建立了干、湿喷混凝土在相同支护强度情况下的喷层外半径与喷射混凝土强度的关系,并结合实验室试验及工程实例进行计算。结果表明:在相同支护强度情况下,喷射混凝土强度与喷层外半径呈负相关关系|采用湿喷混凝土可减少一定的喷射厚度。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to solve the problem of equivalent spray thickness of dry and wet shotcrete and provide a reference for wet shotcrete design, the relationship between the outer radius of the sprayed layer and the strength of the shotcrete are built under the same support strength on the basis of the Lame solution of the elastic mechanical cylinder. And combined with laboratory test and a engineering example for calculation.The results show that the strength of shotcrete is negatively correlated with the outer radius of the sprayed layer under the same support strength.Using wet shotcrete can reduce suitable spray thickness.
