赵固二矿选煤厂块煤重介再选工艺设计与应用

Design and application of block coal heavy medium re-election process in Zhaogu Erkuang Coal Preparation Plant

摘要: 为了彻底解决赵固二矿选煤厂块煤中的块中煤含量超标的问题,通过工艺比选,采用重介浅槽分选工艺对跳汰块煤进行再选,并进行了合理的工艺流程设计、设备选型和工艺布置|在设备布置过程中,优化了设计,合理利用了有限的空间,实现了新系统与原系统的灵活、有机的衔接|项目改造完成后,块煤中的块中煤产率均值由6%降至2.50%左右,满足了产品质量要求,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract: Aiming at Zhaogu Erkuang Coal Preparation Plant’s problem of the lump middlings over-standard ratio in lump coal, through the process comparison, chosed to use the heavy medium shallow tank sorting process to transform.Completed a reasonable process design and equipment selection.In the equipment layout design, the limited space is fully utilized and the optimal design is optimized, which realizes the flexible and organic connection between the new system and the original system.After the completion of the project transformation, the average median ratio of lump coal decreased to about 2.50%, meeting the product quality requirements, and achieved good economic benefits.It provides a good demonstration for other jigging coal preparation plants in the Jiaozuo mining area in terms of reducing the lump middlings content of lump coal.
