采空区下煤巷锚网索支护技术研究及应用

Research and application of bolt mesh cable support technology in coal roadway under goaf

摘要: 为了解决古汉山煤矿采空区下煤巷支护困难问题,系统分析了以往被动支护情况下巷道变形破坏的原因,基于覆岩破坏规律和胶结再生顶板特征,结合锚杆支护的组合梁理论和悬吊理论,提出了有针对性的锚网索主动支护方案,设计了顶板“双工钢锚索梁+短梁”支护结构,并进行现场应用实践。结果表明:采空区下煤巷锚网索支护技术的应用,实现了矿井下分层巷道支护形式由被动支护向主动支护的转变,提高了巷道支护强度,实现了大断面下分层煤巷一次支护成巷,且支护效果良好,能有效控制巷道围岩变形,可为类似条件下的巷道围岩控制提供参考。

Abstract: In order to solve the difficult problem of coal roadway support under the goaf, the causes of roadway deformation and failure under the previous passive support are systematically analyzed.Based on the failure law of overburden and the characteristics of cemented regenerated roof, combined with the composite beam theory and suspension theory of bolt support, a targeted bolt mesh cable active support scheme is proposed, and the roof duplex steel anchor cable beam + short beam support structure is designed and applied in the field.The results show that the application of bolt mesh cable support technology in coal roadway under goaf has realized the transformation of the support form of the lower layered roadway from passive support to active support, improves the roadway support strength, realizes the primary support of the large cross-section lower layered roadway, and the support effect is good. It can effectively control the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock, and can provide a reference for the roadway surrounding rock control under similar conditions.
