赵固煤矿低温余热利用系统优化设计

Test and optimization of low temperature waste heat utilization project in Zhao Gu Coal Mine

摘要: 对赵固煤矿低温余热利用项目进行了测试,发现该余热利用系统运行稳定,但多低温热源并联热能利用率偏低,采用TRNSYS软件建立了系统的模型,利用现有的系统验证了模型的正确性,并利用模型分析了多低温热源串联热能利用率,结果表明,多低温热源串联比并联热能利用率更高,为系统的优化指明了方向,为同类型项目的设计提供了借鉴。

Abstract: The low temperature waste heat utilization project of Zhao Gu Coal Mine was tested in this paper and found that the system runs stably. However, the utilization rate of parallel heat of multiple low temperature heat sources is low, the model of the system was established by TRNSYS software and the correctness of the model is verified by the existing system, the model is used to analyze the heat utilization rate of multiple low temperature heat sources in series, the results show that Multiple low temperature heat sources in series are more efficient than in parallel, and it indicates the direction for the optimization of the system, provides a reference for the design of the same type project.
