筒仓模块化穹顶式滑模刚性平台单榀足尺试验研究

FULL SCALE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON A SINGLE SILO MODULAR DOME SLIDING MODE RIGID PLATFORM

摘要: 随着筒仓直径的增大,仓顶结构的施工难度也显著提升。为检测模块化穹顶式滑模刚性平台在大直径筒仓仓顶混凝土结构施工时的承载能力,对36m跨度模块化穹顶式滑模刚性平台取出一榀空间管桁架进行静力试验及理论分析。根据实际试验对象的约束条件,建立有效的有限元计算模型,并对单榀空间管桁架有限元计算结果与试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:单榀空间管桁架具有良好的承载能力,结构变形及各杆件内力呈线性增长,锥壳工况设计荷载下,结构最大位移值为59.4mm,最大压应力为-133.1MPa,最大拉应力为261.7MPa,均满足规范要求,试验值与有限元值相吻合,验证了有限元计算模型的正确性。

Abstract: In order to test the bearing capacity of the modular dome sliding mode rigid platform in the pouring of large-diameter silo roof structure, a 36 m span modular dome sliding mode rigid platform was taken out for static load test and theoretical analysis. In this paper, according to the constraints of the actual test object, the effective finite element calculation model parameters are established, and the finite element calculation analysis and test results of a single space pipe truss are compared and analyzed. The test results show that a single space pipe truss has good bearing capacity, and the correctness of the finite element calculation model is verified, which provides a reference for establishing the finite element calculation model of modular dome sliding mode rigid platform.
