结构参数对水力旋流器壁面磨损的影响研究

摘要: 水力旋流器壁面磨损影响水力旋流器的使用寿命和分级效率,为了解决水力旋流器壁面严重磨损的问题,利用Fluent软件,首先分析了其内部流场和固体颗粒的运动特性,并探究了水力旋流器的结构参数进口形式和底流口直径对其壁面磨损的影响规律。搭建了一套水力旋流器壁面磨损试验装置进行磨损试验,与数值模拟的结果进行比较,验证了仿真模型的准确性和可靠性,为水力旋流器结构优化、防磨措施的提出提供了依据。

Abstract: The wear of hydrocyclone wall affects its service life and classification efficiency. In view of the serious wear of the hydrocyclone wall, the flow field inside the hydrocyclone and the movement characteristics of solid particles are analyzed by using Fluent; Secondly, the influence of inlet type and underflow port diameter on the wall wear of hydrocyclone is studied. A set of hydrocyclone wall wear test device was built to conduct wear test, and compared with the results of numerical simulation, the accuracy and reliability of the simulation model were verified, which provided a basis for the structural optimization of hydrocyclone and the proposal of wear prevention measures.
