不同沿空留巷开采工艺比选研究及工程应用

Comparison and selection of different gob-side entry retaining methods and the engineering application#br#

摘要:

沿空留巷工艺决定着煤矿的回采效率及经济收益,以沙曲煤矿4303工作面为工程背景,对充填沿空留巷、切顶沿空留巷和充填体外切顶沿空留巷三种留巷工艺进行比选研究。首先,采用位移变分法对比分析了三种不同沿空留巷方式的顶板下沉量。其次,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立了不同沿空留巷方式计算模型,分析了三种留巷方式下煤帮侧向支承应力及围岩变形规律。结果表明:①对于侧向支承应力:充填体外切顶沿空留巷<切顶沿空留巷<充填沿空留巷;②与充填沿空留巷相比,切顶沿空留巷的顶板下沉量与底鼓量分别降低了14. 3%、16%,充填体外切顶沿空留巷的顶板下沉量与底鼓量分别降低了23.8%、12%;③对于留巷成本:充填沿空留巷和切顶沿空留巷相近,充填体外切顶沿空留巷成本最高。最后,将切顶沿空留巷在沙曲煤矿4303工作面进行了应用,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:

The technology of gob-side entry retaining determines the mining efficiency and economic benefits of coal mines, and a reasonable method of gob-side entry retaining should be selected based on engineering geological conditions. Taking the 4303 working face of Shaqu Coal Mine as the engineering background, a comparative study was conducted on three types of gob-side entry retaining techniques: gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling, gob-side entry retaining with cutting roof and gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting. Firstly, the displacement variational method in elastic mechanics was used to compare and analyze the roof subsidence of three different gob-side entry retaining methods. Secondly, FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to establish calculation models for different gob-side entry retaining methods, and the lateral support stress of solid coal slope and surrounding rock deformation laws under three entry retaining methods were analyzed. The results indicate that: ①for lateral support stress: the gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting< the gob-side entry retaining with cutting roof <the gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling; ②Compared with the subsidence of the roof of gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling, the gob-side entry retaining with cutting roof decreased by 14.3%, and the gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting decreased by 23.8%; ③Compared with the bottom heave of the gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling, the gob-side entry retaining with cutting roof decreased by 16%, and the gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting decreased by 12%; ④For the cost of entry retaining: the gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling is similar to the gob-side entry retaining with cutting roof, and the cost of the gob-side entry retaining with solid backfilling exterior of roof cutting is the highest. Finally, based on the above research, the application of the gob-side entry retaining with cutting roof in the 4303 working face of Shaqu Coal Mine has achieved good application effect.
