复合再生顶板条件下煤体固化与顶板强化技术研究及应用#br#

Coal Solidification and Roof Strengthening Measures and Implementation Results of Composite Regenerated Roof Working Face

摘要:

为提升复合再生顶板工作面的安全性和回采效率,在平煤十二矿己16-17-31020复合再生顶板工作面开展了煤体注水固化、顶板注浆强化和管缝锚杆顶板强化试验,探索了复合再生顶板工作面矿压显现规律,评价了加固措施的支护效果。研究结果表明:加固措施实施后,工作面完整度大幅提升,降低了顶板冒落和压架等事故风险; 平均来压步距由22.15m增加至29.92m,顶板压力由25~31MPa降到19~26MPa。顶板下沉量降低了50.4%,保证了工作面的正常安全回采,同时进尺速率提升了16.7%。煤体固化-顶板强化措施取得了良好的效益,可为同类型复合再生顶板工作面提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Composite regenerated roof is a common object in deep and close distance coal seam mining, and the stability control of broken structure roof is the key to affecting the efficient mining of the lower layer. In order to improve the safety and mining efficiency of the composite regenerated roof working face, experiments were carried out on the coal body water injection solidification, roof grouting reinforcement, and pipe joint anchor rod roof reinforcement at the No.16-17-31020 composite regenerated roof working face of Pingmei No. 12 Mine. The mining pressure law of the composite regenerated roof working face was explored, and the support effect of reinforcement measures was evaluated. The research results indicate that after the implementation of reinforcement measures, the integrity of the working face is significantly improved, reducing the risk of accidents such as roof caving and frame compression. The average pressure step increased from 22.15 m to 29.92 m, and the roof pressure decreased from 25-31 MPa to 19-26 MPa. The amount of roof subsidence has been reduced by 50.4%, ensuring normal and safe mining of the working face, while the mining rate has increased by 16.7%. The coal solidification and roof strengthening measures have achieved good benefits, which can provide reference significance for the same type of composite regenerated roof working face.
