大跨度柱面网壳储煤场地基处理方案研究

Foundation scheme of large-span cylindrical reticulated shell coal storage yard

摘要:

大跨度储煤场上部网架的水平推力与储煤场煤的堆煤压力叠加后水平荷载较大, 对地基承载力要求较高, 深层填土、湿陷性土、软弱土层地基处理后才能提供足够的地基承载力。针对大跨度柱面网壳储煤场地基处理造价较高的问题, 结合工程实例, 提出采用斜-直群桩方案, 并通过MIDAS GTS有限元分析、试验验证和工程经济效益分析, 对比了多种地基处理方案的技术经济指标, 论证了斜-直群桩方案在大跨度柱面网壳储煤场工程中的适用性。结果表明, 斜-直群桩方案较原设计方案优化比率超过50%, 为工程带来了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:

The design value of the horizontal load after the superposition of the horizontal thrust of the upper grid frame of the large-span coal storage yard and the coal pile pressure of the coal storage yard is relatively large, and the requirements for the bearing capacity of the foundation are relatively high, especially the anti-slip and anti-overturning capabilities. When the foundation is deep fill, collapsible soil, or weak soil layer, foundation treatment is generally needed to provide sufficient foundation bearing capacity.
