高吸能比大变形锚索让压结构优化研究

Study on optimization of anchor cable yielding pressure structure with high energy absorption ratio and large deformation

摘要:

为了提高巷道锚索吸能让压结构的吸能效率及其变形稳定性, 采用力学测试和有限元数值仿真两种方法对粗腰鼓形、直管、楔形槽、长槽以及直管V 形槽5种不同吸能让压结构进行研究。研究表明形状及结构特征决定了峰值抗压强度、极限变形量、吸能效率以及结构整体稳定性。5mm壁厚直管吸能结构虽然相对于粗腰鼓形、楔形槽及长槽结构吸能效率分别提高48%、66%和56%, 但受压过程中容易发生局部应力集中, 进而偏压诱发变形不均匀和结构失稳。内侧设有变形诱导V形槽的直管结构吸能效率为45. 29kJ/g, 相对于直管吸能让压结构吸能效率仅仅降低6%, 受到V 形槽的变形诱导作用, 避免了局部应力集中导致的偏压问题, 比直管吸能让压结构变形更加稳定, 将V形槽吸能让压结构应用于现场锚索, 巷道变形得到了有效控制。

Abstract:

In order to improve the energy absorption efficiency and deformation stability of roadway anchor cable suction pressure structure, mechanical testing and finite element numerical simulation were used to study five different energy absorption pressure structures, namely coarse waist drum, straight pipe, wedge groove, long groove and straight pipe V-shaped groove. The results show that the shape and structure characteristics determine the peak compressive strength, ultimate deformation, energy absorption efficiency and the overall stability of the structure. Although the energy absorption efficiency of the straight tube energy absorption structure with 5mm wall thickness is increased by 48%, 66% and 56%, respectively, compared with the coarse waist drum, wedge groove and long groove structure, local stress concentration is easy to occur in the compression process of the straight tube energy absorption structure, and then the bias induces the uneven deformation and structural instability. The energy absorption efficiency of the straight tube structure with deformation induction V-shaped groove inside is 45.29KJ/g, which only reduces the energy absorption efficiency of the pressure structure by 6% compared with that of the straight tube. However, due to the deformation induction effect of the V-shaped groove, the bias problem caused by local stress concentration can be avoided, and the deformation of the pressure structure is more stable than that of the straight tube.By applying the V-shaped groove energy absorption and compression structure to on-site practice, the deformation of the tunnel was well controlled.
