摘要: 针对煤矿井下进行磨料水射流切割的安全性问题,基于能量原理,建立了前混合式磨料水射流切割一定深度时的剩余能量方程。通过计算其剩余能量,可得到使被切割物料碎片产生温升的能量,进而可以判断该切割技术是否会引起爆炸,从而验证其安全性,为磨料水射流切割技术在煤矿井下的应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The residual energy equation of pre-mixed abrasive water jet cutting was established based on energy analysis. By calculating the residual energy, energy that increased the temperature of fragments was obtained, which can be used to determine the safety of abrasive water jet cutting at coal mines. It also provides a theory basis for the application of abrasive water jet cutting at coal mines.
