液压支架插板结构的设计与研究

The Design and Research of the Hydraulic Support Inserting Plates

摘要: 针对中小煤矿资金不足的问题,设计了一种新型的液压支架,用插板结构代替了传统的四连杆机构,以降低支架的成本与设计周期。利用Pro/ENGINEER的Pro/Mechanica模块中的有限元模式对支架的插板结构进行网格划分,并以ANSYS作为求解器进行有限元分析,得到了可靠的结果,为液压支架的设计与研究提供了一种新的思路与方法。

Abstract: According to the insufficient funds of medium and small colliery, a new kind of hydraulic supports was designed, replacing the traditional four-bar linkage with the inserting plates to reduce the cost and the design cycle of hydraulic support. Applying the FEM mode of Pro/Mechanica module, one mesh was applied on the inserting plates, and applying the software of ANSYS as the solver for the finite element method analyzing, the reliable result was obtained. It provided a new kind of thoughts and methods for the design and research of hydraulic support.
