极软大采高工作面遇断层煤壁稳定性研究

Rib stability of working face with large mining height in very soft coal seam near the fault

摘要: 为研究极软煤层大采高工作面遇断层时煤壁的片帮问题,论文以现场工程实际为背景,分析了断层附近煤壁片帮的机理,指出断层附近的构造应力、煤岩体的物理力学性质变化以及老顶岩层的破断作用是导致煤壁产生剪切滑动破坏甚至横向拉裂破坏的主要原因;运用FLAC3D数值软件对工作面开采至断层附近时煤岩体的受力状况进行了模拟,分析表明工作面距断层越近,煤岩体及顶底板破坏越严重,煤壁的水平位移与端面顶板下沉量越大,煤壁片帮的机率也越大;并提出了在断层附近防治煤壁片帮的主要技术措施。

Abstract: The paper studied the rib stability of working face with large mining height in very soft coal seam when the working face approaching the fault based on the project of coal mining, and gives out the mechanism of the rib spalling near the fault. The main three reasons are tectonic stress, the physical and mechanical properties of coal and rock, and the breaking of main roof, which make the rib occur shear failure and even tensile failure near the fault. The analysis is made by the numerical of FLAC3D. According to the ananlysis, the closer of the distance between the working face and the fault, the more serious of the destructure of the main roof and floor of coal seam, the larger of the distance of coal wall and the edge of the main roof, and the higher of the ratio of the rib spalling. Besides, proposed the main engineering ways of preventing the rib spalling near the fault.
