摘要: 为了保障矿井安全生产以及节能技术改造的要求,本文通过对乳化液泵站供液系统进行了常规PID、模糊控制和模糊PID的研究,并利用MATLAB的仿真工具Simulink对系统进行仿真分析,仿真比较结果表明模糊PID具有良好的控制效果。利用西门子S7-200设计模糊PID控制器,在晋城成庄矿实施该方法后,保证了供液压力的稳定性。其压力波动范围小于1MPa,节电率达到0.9677。

Abstract: In order to ensure the mine safety and the energy-saving technological transformation, based on the research of traditional PID, fuzzy control and Fuzzy-PID on liquid supply system of emulsion pump station, and the simulation analysis of liquid supply system with Simulink in MATLAB, the result indicates that the liquid supply system with Fuzzy-PID has a good effect of control. According to the design of Fuzzy-PID controller with S7-200, the stability of the liquid supply pressure is ensured. The range of the pressure fluctuation is less than 1Mpa and the power saving rate is 0.9677 by implementing the method in Chengzhuang Coalmine of Jincheng.
