摘要： 通过对大型带式输送机的起动过程进行分析，明确了合理的起动曲线，提出采用液体粘性软起动装置对带式输送机的起动过程进行控制，并给出了其相对应的电控程序控制，解决了大型带式输送机起动难的问题。
Abstract: According to the analyses of the starting process of large belt conveyor, this paper gives the reasonable starting process and adopts Hydro-viscous soft-starting device to solve the starting question of large belt conveyor, then makes the program of PLC.
