基于交叉点温度法的煤自燃临界温度测试方法

Critical temperature test method for coal spontaneous combustion based on cross-point temperature test

摘要: 为了快速测试煤的临界温度做好煤矿防灭火的指导工作,提出了一种基于交叉点温度测试的煤自燃临界温度测试新方法。实验采用中国矿业大学自主研制的煤氧化模拟实验系统,对精选的典型煤样进行测试,结果表明:基于交叉点温度测试得到的临界温度与绝热氧化法所测结果基本一致,且实验周期短,单个煤样测试时间在不超过四个小时,证明利用交叉点温度测试获取煤自燃临界温度是一种可行的、快捷的方法。

Abstract: In order to test the critical temperature of coal quickly and then do well the work of fire prevention and control guidance, a new critical temperature test method based on cross-point temperature test is proposed. Using simulation experiment system of coal oxidation made by China University of Mining and Technology ,experiments are operated on the selected typical coal samples and then the data is calculated,the measured critical temperature is basically consistent with the adiabatic oxidation method’s. It takes a very short time of four hours of the whole test time. at last it proves using cross-point temperature to get the critical temperature for coal spontaneous combustion is a viable, convenient and efficient method.
