横向叠加岩梁截面应力分析

摘要: 摘要:在梁式结构的应用中为节约材料成本,横向组合材料在建筑施工及桥梁建造中的应用较为广泛,乃至在煤矿生产中,由于地壳运动及地质构造的作用导致地下岩层赋存异常复杂,其中不乏出现岩层的横向叠加结构。针对剧烈地质作用导致煤层上方顶板岩层结构横向叠加的模型研究较少,这里就其分层间粘合力大小不同的两种情形,从力学理论分析的角度给出组成成分不同的横向组合梁截面应力分布特点,给出梁截面应力计算公式,为组合梁弹塑性极限的确定提供判据。证明组合梁在外部载荷作用下易发生弯扭变形。

Abstract: Abstract: In the application of beam structure for the material cost savings, the horizontal combination of materials in building construction and bridge construction which is widely used, and even in coal production, the underground geological strata occurrence is very complex due to the crustal movement and the role of geological structure, many of them appear superimposed structure of the vertical strata. Here make a analysis for composite beam that composed of different components and horizontal combination then discuss the stress distribution characteristics of the composite beam cross-section in connection with the value of the adhesion force between rock beam layers to aim at the lack of research in drastic geological structure of vertical roof strata above the coal seam, Then the beam section stress formula is given for providing criteria to determine the elastic and plastic limit of the composite beam. Last, the beam under an external load prone to bending and torsion deformation is proved.
