基于InTouch的煤矿自动排水通讯系统设计

Design of communication system for the coal mine automatic drainage based on InTouch

摘要: 针对目前煤矿排水通讯系统的不足,设计了一种基于InTouch的煤矿自动排水通讯系统,该系统将S7-200PLC作为核心控制器,利用InTouch组态软件开发上位机人机界面,并通过工业以太网和光纤技术进行远程通讯,既可实现就地手动、自动控制,又能实现远程监控,并具有数据查询处理和报警等功能。测试结果表明:该系统运行稳定、实时性强、传输可靠。

Abstract: Aiming at the lack of coal mine drainage communication system, this paper introduced a design of automatic drainage communication system based on InTouch. S7-200 PLC was used as a core controller in this system. The PC human-machine interface was designed by using InTouch configuration software. The industrial Ethernet and optical fiber technology were applied to realize the remote communication. This system can realize on-site manual and automatic control, also can realize remote monitoring, and have data query processing and alarm functions. The test results revealed that the system was stable in operation, good real-time performance, transmission reliable.
