Abstract: For a mining enterprise the selling business is no doubt one of the most important businesses among its all operations. The management level and operation preferment can affect the benefits of the company directly. This kind of operation of Chinese mining enterprises are performing in different levels. The architectures of the IT supporting systems are generally out of time, which doesn’t fit the operation needs any more. According to the status of this business of Yuzhou Mining Company ,this paper analyses the its business mode, key procedure , management personality and features, with which it offers a new coal selling system which is based in the recent enterprise management ideas and IT technology.
