小煤柱沿空留巷巷道底板受力变形分析

摘要: 在分析沿空留巷巷道底板支承压力分布规律的基础上,引入等效荷载的概念,建立了基于传递岩梁理论的简化底板等效荷载力学模型。在新模型基础上,采用弹性力学半无限体平面应变问题在条形荷载作用下的位移解,推导了沿空留巷巷道底板相对竖向位移计算公式,结合新庄孜煤矿沿空留巷巷道的底板变形进行的稳定性分析和加固措施研究,说明了底板竖向位移变化规律,揭示了底板扭转力是巷道破坏的重要因素,该规律基本反映现场实际监测情况。

Abstract: On basis of analysis of abutment pressure on coal floor of gob-side roadway and concept of equivalent load, the simplified mechanical model of roadway floor is established. Based on this new mechanical model, the calculation formulas of relative vertical displacement is deduced by the displacement solution in elasticity for semi-infinite body under strip load in the planar strain problem. The vertical displacement change law of floor is analyzed in Xin Zhuangzi mine, which proves that the torsion of coal floor is one of important reasons for the destruction of the roadway, and the corresponding reinforced measures are approached. The vertical displacement change law is consistent with the real monitoring data.
