数字式矿用智能充电装置

Design of a New Mining digital Intelligent Charging equipment

摘要: 针对当前矿用充电机存在充电效率低、充电时间长、对电池损害大,研制了新型矿用数字化电池充电装置。采用新型Buck拓扑,依据最佳充电电流曲线给定,采用波浪式间歇正负零脉冲充电法,智能控制技术实现的数据采集、复杂的控制算法和PWM输出控制等功能,自动根据检测的蓄电池状态来调整充电参数,实现完成向蓄电池充电和去极化放电。实验表明:该装置稳定可靠、完成充电过程高效快速,能适应恶劣的使用环境,满足了煤矿设备的要求。

Abstract: A new battery charger formining electric locomotive isdeveloped based on Intelligent technology. This papermainly introduces the software and hardware of the charger aswell as realization of intelligent charge. The chargeruses the improved variable current intermittent charge method to charge batteries. The experimental results showthat the chargerhas advantages of small size,lightweight,easy use,high efficiency and needlessmaintenance
