Abstract: Inview of the problem of nonstandard in coal enterprise informatization, this paper established an Double Process Rolling model(DPR).This model regarded coal enterprise as the main contents and based on an improved WBS method with the system of Sima. This paper improved the method from conception,technology and application on the basis of summarizing forefather’s research results and the problem of unclear responsibilities of coal enterprise.Furthermore,this paper described subprocedure and their relation of planning,implement and optimization with IDEF0 to guide the coal enterprise informatization.
