Abstract: In order to meet the needs of structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of the coal industry and promote the safe and efficient mining of coal mines, coal mining enterprises urgently need to upgrade the equipment level through leasing. By expounding the development status and trends of China's leasing industry and manufacturing industry, the status quo of large-scale equipment leasing in the coal industry and the development of large-scale equipment leasing in coal mines are the general trend. Traditional equipment management has shortcomings such as high fixed asset investment, low equipment utilization rate, high inventory of parts, long purchase period, and difficulty in maintenance and maintenance. Large-scale equipment leasing mode has low investment in fixed assets, short cycle, high equipment utilization rate, repair and maintenance. Ok, update and timely. The large equipment leasing model can promote safe and efficient production of coal mines. Since 2018, Shangyuquan Coal Mine has started to lease large-scale equipment, which has improved the equipment level, promoted production intensification, safety and efficiency, and reduced costs.
