Abstract: In order to determine the location of Guxian coal mine industrial site and mine development plan reasonably, according to the coal seam occurrence conditions, mining technology conditions, mining methods and external ground construction conditions of Guxian coal mine, and based on the principles of reasonable development and simplification of development system, reduction of the quantities of shaft and lane works, and normal replacement of mine production and mining areas, tianjiahui site and Guanpeng village site 2 are proposed Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two industrial sites, tianjiahui site was finally determined as the mine industrial site, and on the basis of tianjiahui industrial site, the mine development plan of "inclined mixed development + trackless transportation" was proposed. The results show that the exploitation mode of the mine field can maximize the utilization of resources, improve the economic benefits, promote the scientific and balanced production, and lay a foundation for the sustainable development of the coal mine.
