Abstract: Abstract：In order to study the safe and efficient recovery of surface mining edge edge covering resources, the positioning and navigation technology of unmanned mining technology system was adopted. The practice data of experimental mining in Inner Mongolia autonomous region were collected. The inertial navigation system works independently, which is convenient to realize the unmanned operation of the coal mining face, improves the production efficiency and automation level of the process, and has better technical feasibility and economic rationality. Inertial navigation technology should be the research direction of the navigation technology of coal pressing and recovery process system of roadway mining.
