Abstract: The pre-cracking drilling construction of coal mine roadway roof is the key technology of “110” construction method. For the construction method, the pre-cracking drilling method has low efficiency, high labor intensity and lack of special equipment. The ZDY2-300LM type slitting drilling machine has been developed. The rig has the characteristics of double-drilling arm, precise positioning and high construction efficiency, and has been promoted and applied in the Dongrong No. 2 Mine of Shuangyashan Mining Co., Ltd. of Longmei Group, with good effect. According to the characteristics of underground construction, a set of construction techniques suitable for cutting seam drilling is summarized. The successful application of the drilling rig provides equipment support for the extensive promotion of “110” method, which provides a reference for similar roof pre-cracking construction.
