Abstract: Taking Fugu semi-coke powder as raw material, the upper limit of the particle size of the raw material is 3 mm, the content of <1 mm is 70%, the molding moisture is 25%, and the gasification briquette molding test is carried out under the molding pressure of 25 MPa. Taking the compressive strength and thermal stability of the briquette products as the evaluation index, the binder selection and dosage of the semi-coke powder to prepare the gasified briquette were investigated. The test results show that the briquette made of 2.00% starch, 6.00% bentonite, 4% coking coal powder or 1.00% CMC, 4.00% bentonite and 4% coking coal powder has higher compressive strength and thermal stability, but also has good economic benefits.
