Abstract: Based on integrated heat pipe heat exchange technology coal mine well wellhead heating was researched as a case study in Second mine south wind well of Yangquan coal Industry Group. According to the parameters of thermal load of wellhead ventilation and the residual heat of mine air, the basic parameters of heat pipe and heat pipe resistance were calculated to analysis the temperature of the mine return air and fresh air before and after the heat exchange under typical operating conditions. The results show that the application of heat pipe heat transfer technology can meet the thermal demand of anti-freezing at the wellhead. When the outdoor temperature closing to the design value is -15℃, the inlet wellhead air temperature is 2.2℃.
