Pipe micro flocculation - ultrafiltration process routine experimental study of the mine water

Abstract:

In view of the existing mine water treatment technology and o-phenylenediamine big, long processing time, the problem of the effluent water quality, to conventional mine water pipe micro flocculation - ultrafiltration process test research. The results show that the tube micro-flocculation and ultrafiltration process has good performance in treating mine water, and the turbidity of the effluent is all below 0.07NTU. The removal of particulate matter mainly depends on the screening effect of ultrafiltration membrane, and the type, dosage, tube length and diameter of micro-flocculation coagulant have little effect on the removal effect of turbidity.With the increase of dosage, Zeta potential gradually decreases and approaches zero, and the attenuation degree of membrane specific flux gradually decreases with the running time. When the dosage is 6 mg/L, the decrease of membrane specific flux J/J0 is the smallest. With the increase of pipe length, the decline rate of membrane specific flux is gradually slow, and the pipe length is 20 m ~ 30 m, and the corresponding reaction time is about 20 s ~ 30 s, which is more suitable. The flow rate has great influence on the reaction effect and ultrafiltration, and the flow rate is about 0.9 m/s. With the increase of operating pressure, the water yield increases and the membrane specific flux decreases. Physical contamination (particle blockage) is the main cause of mine water pollution to ultrafiltration membrane, and the best cleaning method is hydraulic flushing; When the diameter of the micro-flocculator is 4 mm, the length of the tube is 20 m, the dosage of PAC is 6 mg/L, and the transmembrane pressure difference of ultrafiltration is 0.18 MPa, the membrane specific flux J/J0 is 0.815 after filtration for 30 minutes, and the water yield is 93.8%.
