Abstract:

In order to more effectively prevent and control the dust produced in the mining process of the underground fully mechanized working face, this paper combines the magnetic field with the surfactant, uses the experimental method to study the influence of magnetization on the performance of surfactant solution, and uses it in the spray dust reduction experiment to obtain the best magnetization strength, surfactant solution concentration and dust removal efficiency. The research results show that when the mass fraction is 0.5%, the dust reduction performance of the surfactant solution after being magnetized by a 9000Gs magnetic field is better than that of the original surfactant solution; Compared with the traditional spray dust suppression technology, the dust suppression efficiency of magnetized surfactant solution on respirable dust is increased by 38.35%, and the total dust is increased by 45.46%. The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the control of flour dust in underground coal mining work.
