Abstract: In order to systematically study the influence of irrational emotions on the conflict between miners and managers, a game evolution model of conflict between miners and managers based on RDEU theory was constructed. Through the simulation analysis of the assumed income value, the influence of emotion on the behavior strategy of game players is obtained. The results show that when the players are pessimistic, they tend to adopt confrontational hardline strategies, whereas when they are optimistic, they tend to adopt conciliatory strategies. And the emotions of miners and managers and the probability judgment of the other party's choice strategy have significant influence on their own behavior decisions. The paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for the relevant departments of coal mining enterprises to realize effective control of conflict.
