Abstract: In order to analyze the safety of the outer wall of Yang Village coal during freeze sinking method, the monitoring work were carried out on the stress and deformation. Through the 346 m and 387 m levels monitoring results showed that, after concrete pouring for 7 to 10 days, the freezing pressure in deep clay layer rapid growth, and then increased slowly. The relations with the freezing pressure monitoring value and depth(H)of two levels were 0.0107H and 0.0109H . The outer wall ring to the stress of steel bars and concrete circumferential strain is mainly controlled by the freeze pressure, and the stress showed pressure. Two levels of maximal stress of circumferential reinforcement pressure were -212.6 MPa and -147.5 MPa, and concrete circumferential strain were -1655με and -1170.5με.These were all less than design value, so the outer wall was in a safe state. The outer wall of the vertical stress and vertical strain of reinforced concrete is mainly affected by the cooling rate and the frozen wall confinement, etc. When shaft sinking, keeping the shaft lining’s temperature reaches the design value, reducing the effect of frozen soil displacement and temperature stress constraints, that can reduce the circumferential crack. So it is advantageous to prevention and control water duiring the work.
Key words: deep alluvium, freezing shaft-sinking method, uter shaft lining, forced deformation, monitoring and analysis
