Abstract: Based on TAW-3000 electrohydraulic serve rock triaxial test machine and Hot Disk Thermal Constants Analyser, the variational law of heat transfer coefficient of granite in 0 to 45Mpa was obtained through the uniaxial compression test. Experimental results reveal that the heat transfer coefficient increases in nonlinear with the increase of axial stress. In addition, the higher the specimen porosity, the more rapidly the heat transfer coefficient increases in the process of uniaxial stress increase, on the basis of theoretical analysis of experimental date, we create predictive model of stress-thermal conductivity relationship which considering the porosity of rock. The model is very feasibl and convenient for the prediction of heat transfer coefficient in a given range of stress
