Abstract: Baoshen formula is based on the interaction principle between the surrounding rock，lining，and water. Through the comprehensive analysis of physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rocks， water inflow , water pressure and other factors， the freezing depth and lining structure were identified. The thickness of shaft lining , the vertical section and supporting materials were confirmed in design， and compared with the calculation results of lamech formula.It provide reference for the design of freezing shaft lining in deep water rich surrounding rock.
