Abstract: For the safety of wellbore and through the loose layer and the zone containing rich water of strong weathering belt in bedrock, the paper analyzed the difficulties in freezing construction and put forward the solution based on the surface hydrogeology and geological survey results, integrating cross section of wellbore, construction level of domestic inclined shaft, under the principle of safety and reliability, economic savings, combining with freezing and tunneling, servicing tunneling. The freezing program is formulated scientifically by using the technology of freezing vacuum and insulation, treatment technology of freezing connection section in inclined shaft, calculation method of freezing the two sides through vertical holes and fixed beam model in inclined shaft. Equivalent freezing time and control technology of excavation section and the method of freezing step-by-step input are put forward in the construction. The outside holes are connected along the shaft, the middle row of holes are connected along the transverse direction, freezing by segment and input step-by-step. The method of containing with freezing and tunneling is explored and optimized, the freezing cost is reducing by 10%, and the good effect improving the efficiency by 15% is achieved, which could be used as reference for similar freezing construction.
