Engineering practice of comprehensive mechanized excavation of coal mine subinclined shaft with high dip-angle and large section

Abstract: In the progress of comprehensive mechanized excavation of subinclined shaft with high dip-angle and large section,there are so many problems such as shaft dip-angle bigger than mechanical tunneling machine、the shaft section cannot be formed at once,mechanical tunneling machine reverse is hard, and so on.in this paper,we put forward the solve methods:make artificial platform,increase the friction between the mechanical tunneling machine and the floor,add oil cylinder for reverse,reform the belt conveyor and other technical measures,as a result:these methods increase the roadway driving speed by 2m/day.It indicates that the measures be taken have obvious effect,and it has some guiding significance for the construction of the same type of subinclined shaft.
