Research on electro-hydraulic proportional height-adjusting system based on single neuron PID control

Abstract: Abstract:Based on the position control system of electro-hydraulic proportional valve control cylinder, the mathematic model of electro-hydraulic proportional valve control system is established. Using single neuron and PID control method, a single neuron-controlled hydraulic proportional valve control cylinder position Control System Adaptive PID controller is designed in Simulink. The simulation is carried out under the load disturbance, and the step response is compared with the conventional PID control and the single neuron PID control for abrupt load disturbance. The simulation results show that the single neuron adaptive PID controller has stronger robustness and adaptability than the conventional PID control system, and can achieve adaptive control for the proportional control of the electro-hydraulic ratio of coal mining.
