Abstract: ABSTRACT：During 14th Five-Year, due to new uncertainty and instability to the development of the coal industry caused by the changes of the global economic and energy, the opportunity provided by the new generation of information technology needs to be seized. This paper will focus on the key field, research the application in the development of the coal industry and the significance in the the intellectualized development of the coal industry of the new generation of information technology which is represented by “artificial intelligence”, “big data”, “blockchain”. Meanwhile, this paper will research the effect of the new infrastructure in the intellectualized development of the coal industry.
