Performance Evaluation of New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion of Coal Enterprises based on DEA-Malmquist Index

Abstract: With the gradual development of new and old kinetic energy conversion in coal enterprises, the problem of performance evaluation needs to be solved urgently. Based on this, this paper uses the nonparametric DEA Malmquist index method to quantitatively analyze the performance of coal enterprises in 2015-2018. The results show that the average technical efficiency of coal enterprises in china is 0.731, and there is a waste of resources. Technological progress has promoted the growth of TFP. In a short period of time, the transformation performance of new and old kinetic energy of enterprises is significant, but there is a downward trend. Only by maintaining technological innovation, improving management level and continuously optimizing resource allocation can coal enterprises improve the performance level of new and old kinetic energy conversion.
