Identification method and target reinforcement technology of weak zone of curtain in multiple media and water-abundance aquifer

Abstract: In order to control the curtain weak zone of multiple media and water-abundance aquifer, taking the curtain of Jurassic limestone aquifer in Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine as the study area, the main reasons of the formation of weak zone of curtain and the identification method of weak zone are analyzed and studied. And the targeted control technology system for the weak zone of curtain based on drilling layout principles and targeted grouting technology is proposed. The results show that: (1) the main reasons for the development of weak zones are aquifer anisotropy, high-speed hydrodynamic conditions, groundwater impact or erosion and structure; (2) The reinforcement boreholes are arranged in the main runoff direction outside the curtain wall, 0.5 ~ 1 times the diffusion radius from the curtain, and the hole spacing and number of boreholes are determined by the slurry diffusion radius and the length of weak zone; (3) using the water pressure difference caused by underground drainage to form hydrodynamic conditions, the traditional reinforcement method is developed into targeted grouting reinforcement, which can grout the weak zone of curtain targeted. The research reduced the blindness of grouting, reduced the treatment cost, achieve the curtain closure of multiple media and water-abundance aquifer, and provide scientific guidance for the reinforcement of large-scale weak zone of curtain.
