Key technology of dust source tracking spraying dust reduction in fully mechanized mining face#br#

Abstract:

Abstract: To improve the dust capturing and settling efficiency of the large-height comprehensive mining face in the coal mine, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the dust reduction efficiency of the large-height comprehensive mining face and the testing of the nozzle atomization parameters through the laser fog diameter testing platform, flow monitoring device and multi-spectral laser particle size analyzer, the dust source tracking spray reduction system was developed to realize the "three-dimensional" tracking spray reduction of the cutting drum of the coal mining machine. The research and development of a dust source tracking spray dust reduction system realize the "three-dimensional" tracking spray dust reduction of the cutting drum of a coal mining machine. The results of the study show that: the dust reduction efficiency of spraying in large mining face is related to the parameters of nozzle water consumption, spraying coverage area and droplet size, and the dust reduction efficiency formula is established accordingly; the wind speed has an important influence on the dust reduction efficiency of the nozzle atomization, and the increase of the wind speed decreases the dust reduction efficiency of the nozzles for each individual nozzle; according to the results of the calculation of the dust reduction efficiency of the nozzles under the conditions of different wind speeds, the preferred recommended nozzle is SS150 The preferred nozzle is SS1507; a dust source tracking spraying system with flow control function is developed to realize the controllable tracking spraying dust reduction and reduce the water consumption; and it is applied on site in the large-height comprehensive mining face of 85219 in Sandaogou Coal Mine, and the total and respiratory dust reduction efficiencies of the upper drum position are 91.15% and 81.96% respectively, and the lower drum position is 91.15% and 81.96% respectively. After application, the total dust and respiratory dust reduction efficiency of the upper drum miner position is 91.15% and 81.96% respectively, and the lower drum miner position is 90.61% and 83.54% respectively. This spraying dust reduction technology significantly reduces the dust concentration in the space of the 85219 large-height comprehensive mining face, which is significant for the safe production of the mines as well as for the improvement of the workers' working environment.
