Abstract:

The blind shaft sinking method as a mechanized, high degree of automation, good safety construction technology. It has the significant advantage of realizing unmanned and intelligent drilling. Taking the east wind shaft in Taigemiao mining area of Shenhua Xinjie as the engineering background, the design shaft depth is 857.5m, the design net diame-ter is 7.0m, and the design shaft wall thickness is 850mm. The feasibility of using blind shaft sinking method is ana-lyzed through geological characteristics, engineering conditions, equipment capacity and drilling classification tech-nology. The stratum and rock mechanical characteristics of the proposed eastern wind shaft are analyzed. The thickness of the bedrock will reach 870m and the proportion of the bedrock will reach 99.3%.Based on geological conditions, wellbore functions and wellbore design parameters, the drilling depth will reach 875m and the drilling diameter will be 10.2m.The problems faced by deep and large diameter wellbore drilling in whole rock formation are sorted out.The drilling grading process of deep alluvial formation in the east and thick bedrock formation in the west is compared and analyzed, and the feasibility of "one expanded well" drilling process is determined. The diameter of advance drilling is 6.5~7m, and the diameter of reaming drilling is 10.2m. It is technically feasible to sinking shaft of Taigemiao mining area with blind shaft sinking method. It provides a reference for the demonstration of the subsequent industrial test scheme and the comparison and selection of drilling process schemes in similar formations.
