Studies of the Face Pre-grouting and Construction Technology of Inclined Shaft through Large Fault with Water-Containing Zone

Abstract:

In order to make the shaft go safely and smoothly through the gushing water and large cross section with water-containing fracture zone, the field construction adopted the face pre-grouting method、mechanized shaft sinking equipments and some key technologies, which solved the technical problems such as fault with water-containing zone、water intrusion of epipedon and roof fall of surrounding rock in the construction of shaft sinking in the bedrock section of inclined shaft of E mining in Xinjiang province. Meanwhile, the method adopted above avoided the hidden danger from the construction of the tunneling、drainage and support effect in the complex geological and hydrological condition. It also saved a lot of labor、reduced labor intensity、promoted the tunneling speed and support effect and realized safety production. What’s more, it provided scientific and technical guidance and experiences to the future schemes set, site construction and safety management of the fault with water-containing zone through the bedrock section in the inclined shaft in Xinjiang district.
