Abstract:

In order to safety quick and efficent withdraw process of supports in fully mechanized top caving face ,this paper analyzed the support withdrawing technical under complex geological condition of the Largest Buddhist Temple 40110 fully mechanized caving face. Combined hydraulic single pillar and slow winch , just use single pillar only one time and once connecting winch rope and push putter, it can reduce process and inhance utilization of hour ,meanwhile introduced the one-ventilation-and-three-prevention.Using these technical created an recording of withdraw 10 supports a class ,which bring about quick、efficient and economic benefits.This support withdrawing technical have good reference value and guiding significance in similar condition.
