Studies on reducing ash of high content of fine clay of a hard-to-float fine coal

Abstract:

In order to reduce the ash of difficult floated coal slime containing sufficient amount of fine slime, this paper investigated the influence of some factors to the flotation effect, including pulp density, temperature, regime of agent, depressing flotation, flotation equipment and technology. The best conditions to reduce the ash were found, and the technique index that the flotation recovery efficiency was greater than 90.81% was achieved on the premise that cleans ash was less than 9%.
