Abstract:

SO2 emissions into the atmosphere influence environmental quality seriously, sulfur dioxide emissions control can't wait task. Activated carbon dry desulfurization process has many advantages. Such as the desulphurization process water consumption is small, no secondary pollution, high temperature flue gas after desulfurization, sulfur easy recycling. At present it has been widely used. This paper studied the effect of flue gas flow, desorption temperature, moisture content of on the desulfurization function. The results show that: ①Flue gas flow small, activated carbon desulphurization performance was good, the efficiency of desulfurization increased with the flue gas flow reduced; ②Between 40℃and 120℃, the efficiency of desulfurization increased at first then decreased with the temperature increasing; ③The moisture loaded activated carbon was more, the efficiency of desulfurization was betterh
