Abstract:By analyzing the field data obtained from a kiloton dock soft foundation of the Pearl River Delta, exploring the development regularity of soft soil foundation settlement，its representation is contrary to S-shaped curve. Aim at the general form of foundation settlement time curve, establishing the Boltzmann curve model in the fitting of soft soil sub-grade settlement, determine the parameter meaning and define the approaches of resolving the optimization model, by comparing this fitting data with other three different mathematical model fitting datum, the fitting results show that using the Boltzmann model has higher precision of fitting and more obvious advantage, fitting of soft foundation settlement by using the model to the actual engineering of soft ground settlement later and has certain guiding significance to the prediction of final settlement.
