An Empirical Study on the Assessment of Remanufacturability for Coal Machinery

Remanufacturing is an effective way to develop the circular economy, which is also an important tool to deal with the resource shortage and environmental pollution. There are a lot of waste coal machines in China. It is very important to do the related research of remanufacture these machines both in theory and practice. This paper is an attempt to identify the evaluation criteria of remanufacturability for coal machinery and establish the assessment model of remanufacturability for coal machine based on the expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process. The empirical study is then carried out based on the data collected from the enterprises. The results of the empirical analysis are highly agreed with the situations of the enterprise, implying that the assessment system and model of remanufacturability for coal machinery established in this paper could be applied to the coal industry.

Although the traditional track-mounted hydraulic tunnel drilling rig posses the characteristic of high efficiency and small labor intensity, but they also have a small range of angle and height adjustment which is limited by the structure of the luffing mechanism. There is a great demand for the device to construct multi-layer holes in thick seam coal mine, such as Jixi mine area in Heilongjiang and Jincheng mine area in Shanxi. Therefore, we developed the new track-mounted hydraulic tunnel drilling rig for wide-angle and multi-layer holes. The new drilling rig has a ±90°range of azimuth rotation, and the new laffing mechanism can easily adjust the angle and height of the mainframe. It is possible to realize the wide-angle construction, the multi-layer holes construction and the cross-belt construction with this device. Underground test proved that the new drilling rig is suitable to multi working condition, and the system is highly stable and dependability.

Abstract: At present, the PDC anchor drill bit which is for the coal mine roadway support is mostly two symmetrical types with center nozzle. This article which embarks from the structure of PDC anchor drill bits designed a new type of PDC bit. This kind of the bit has the following advantages, firstly the contact area between the PDC and the bit steal body is increased then the welding strength is improved; secondly the situation of the center nozzle closed is avoided; thirdly the bit has better integrality, more simple structure and easier to product. This kind of the PDC straight flute anchor drill bits are used in luling coal mine which belongs to the Huaibei mining group, the service life of the bit increased by 23%.

In order to solve the problem of flotation column of coal preparation plant low degree of automation, not timely adjustment, high labor intensity, product quantity and quality index of poor stability, the paper proposed a design scheme of automatic control system of flotation column based on PLC. The system through the PLC to realize the automatic control of floating concentration, foam layer thickness, reagent,the statistics of processing capacity of slime, reagent consumption, remote monitoring of the condition of flotation column. The practical application shows that: the system is stable, control effect is good, labor intensity of workers is reduced , product quantity and quality index improved significantly.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of Baodian coal mine grouting system, the system of mine distant dynamic pressure grouting fire prevention and control was designed. The composition of distant dynamic pressure grouting monitoring system was proposed suitable for Baodian coal mine. The functions of design system were pointed out. The PLC control system and PC monitoring system of dynamic pressure grouting system were designed. The system can achieve the intelligent control of distant dynamic pressure grouting. It can effectively solve the outlet small caused by distant grouting, excessive pressure damaging grouting pipeline caused by partial pressure distribution not uniform and other issues.

Abstract:Dynamic deformation and destabilization of entries’ country rock is a key factor to cause a plethora of serious causalities in situ excavation. In order to decrease economical losses and provide more feasible time for enforced supporting and staff withdrawing, it is necessary to efficiently monitor roof strata movement with preventing the roof destabilization happening. No.1193 mechanized caving stope in Tunbao Colliery as the study research where country rocks of the entries deform obviously with large roof deflection, the multi-point extensometer was adopted for in situ monitoring of dynamic deformation and destabilization of entries’ country rock and the relative information would be analyzed characteristics of deformation and destabilization. All data indicate that the displacement difference h of random two adjacent monitoring basic points would increase continuously prior to the destabilization of overlying strata. After field verification, the phenomena could adopt as the precursor for roof destabilization, which is prerequisites for safety and efficient coal extraction.

The first, a BP net is built and trained with six input variables of burial depth of coal seam coal seam thickness gas content the distance of coal working face and adjacent coal seam daily advance distance average daily output and the absolute Gas emission as output variables of the neural network model. Then the Monte Carlo method is tried to predict the development trends and the input variables change with time behavior simulation by random sampling of 6 groups input variables, the simulation results are used as the input layer node, then the output value is the forecast of next production cycle Gas emission. The results showed that this prediction method has a high precision and this prediction method can be a good guide for the production of mine Gas control work.

Abstract:By analyzing the field data obtained from a kiloton dock soft foundation of the Pearl River Delta, exploring the development regularity of soft soil foundation settlement,its representation is contrary to S-shaped curve. Aim at the general form of foundation settlement time curve, establishing the Boltzmann curve model in the fitting of soft soil sub-grade settlement, determine the parameter meaning and define the approaches of resolving the optimization model, by comparing this fitting data with other three different mathematical model fitting datum, the fitting results show that using the Boltzmann model has higher precision of fitting and more obvious advantage, fitting of soft foundation settlement by using the model to the actual engineering of soft ground settlement later and has certain guiding significance to the prediction of final settlement.

In order to grasp the pressure behavior of destressed mining in deep thick seam, based on the geologic and production and technological conditions of working faces No. 1282(3)and No. 1141(3) in DingJi Coal Mine, by ground pressure observation and comparison, the paper have studied strata behaviors in destressed mining, it show that: the underground pressure intensities of the released mining seam could be decreased, the adaptability of supports is good, the wall stability has improved and it is helpful to strata control around longwall face. It has reference value to the future similar coal mine mining safety.

In order to determine the optimal proportion of cement stable slurry, variation characteristics of syneresis rate, viscosity, compressive strength of stone, initial setting time and final setting time, under different water cement ratio and different content of admixture, were studied. Results showed that: when water cement ratio is 0.8, incorporation of bentonite is 2.5% and incorporation of water reducing agent is 0.8%, each performance indexes of cement slurry meet the stable slurry requirement and most economical. Then, this ratio can be treated as the optimal proportion of cement stable slurry. Base on the flow characteristics in fracture, expressions between grouting pressure, diffusion radius and fracture width were given. Referring constructed engineering, the matching grouting methods of cement stable slurry were selected.

The paper gave the design of steel cable damage detection system and the principle of the wavelet analysis for noise reduction, focusing on electromagnetic interference effects on signal acquisition to realization noise reduction depend on wavelet analysis theory. The testing results showed that the processing of decomposition and reconstruction on damage signal which based on wavelet multi-resolution analysis effectively removal of wild, the power frequency interference and many others noises, overcome the traditional shortcomings of filtering, achieve a reliable foundation for steel cable flaw signal identification.

In this paper, the changes of sulfur chemical forms in coal before and after desulfurization were analysed by XPS. The results show that, the sulphur exists in coal in the forms of thiophene、sulfoxide(S=O)、mercaptan(sulfoether)and sulfate. After desulfurization by microwave, the contents of thiophene sulfur and mercaptan(sulfoether)sulfur decreased, and basically the mercaptan was removed completely. Meanwhile, the content of sulfoxide sulfur increased slightly, and the content of sulfate sulfur increased by a large margin. The sulphur in coal tends to transform into its oxidation state.

In this study, the effects of the middlings coal particle size on the liberation by crushing of Tunlan coal preparation plant was investigated through screening analysis and the sink–?oat test. The screening analysis and the sink–?oat test of the sample were carried out with the standard sieve mesh of 25 mm, 13 mm, 6 mm, 3 mm and the density grades of zinc chloride solution was 1.45kg/L,1.60kg/L and1.80kg/L respectively. The products with a density of 1.45-1.60 kg/L in each size fraction were selected and crushed to 3 mm. The sink–float tests were carried out with the -3mm materials and the ash content, volatile matter, caking property, sulfur and reflectivity of the products with a density of <1.45 kg/L were determined. The results show that the larger the original size fraction, the higher the yield of the cleaned coal, but the difference of ash content was not obvious. The results indicated that volatile matter, caking property, sulfur and reflectivity were unchanged with the particle size through liberation by crushing.

Bubble diameter plays an important role in mineral flotation. But because of the high air content in flotation cell, bubble overlap and deformation, as well as the bubble merger and burst, there is no widely accepted method to measure bubble diameter in flotation cell. In solving this, a system to measure bubble diameter in flotation cell was built, and its principle and measuring method was introduced in detail. Experiments on the effect of frother dosage and aeration rate on bubble diameter were conducted on a 2L XDF mechanical flotation machine. Results show that bubble diameter measurement was successfully achieved using the new system. And the smallest bubble diameter was measured with the frother dosage at 12.5μl/L and aeration rate at 0.1m3/h, which is 0.32mm. Bubble diameter is influenced by a combination of frother dosage and aeration rate, and the limiting dosage of 2-Octanol as frother is 12.5μl/L. A model to predict bubble diameter was also built.

This paper mainly takes a 64m span of three centre cylindrical latticed shell project for example, by using and analyzing SAP2000 to consider the structural characteristics of dynamic and static forces and BRB features choosing from six BRB layout scheme. After comparing and analyzing the structure of internal forces and displacements of several options node, we draw a conclusion that when BRB are arranged at the top chord of the rod, it can effectively reduce the maximum axial force structures under earthquake, while when BRB are arranged in a large abdominal force, it can effectively reduce the nodal displacements under seismic structure.It provides reference for controlling vibration damping of the three centre cylindrical latticed shell .

In this paper, based on the gob-side entry retaining of large section coal roadway in high gas mine—Tunlan coal mine, it established the rock structure model of the gob-side entry retaining, and analyzed the deformation characteristics of the gob-side entry retaining and the mechanism of action of filler mass beside roadway, as well as proposed the leaving rock control technology of gob-side entry retaining, which included the basic support by using anchor cable combined with steel beams and metal mesh, concrete paste filling material supporting the roadway side, anchor belt net strengthening outer the filler mass, steel mesh strengthening within the filler mass and grouting seal. The site practice results of gob-side entry retaining showed that, maximum of roof separation was 40mm, maximum moving amount between the roof and floor was 17cm, gas concentration at the upper corner of the face was 0.45%~0.75%, gas concentration in the roadway was 0.32%~0.68%, which achieved successful application of gob-side entry retaining of large section coal roadway in high gas mine.

In order to prevent shaft from damaging in Dongtan Mine and better the traditional methods of curing the shaft, a new method that water from the upper aquifer could be injected to the middle and the bottom aquifer to prevent the shaft from damaging was proposed. Also a comprehensive system of monitoring project was eastablished.This method is based on the shaft damage mechanism and the stratigraphic characteristics of Dongtan Mine. Through the engineering analysis of some factors such as the water level of aquifer,the inner deform of stratum and the steady state of shaft lining,we can indicate that the method of automatic Grouting can effectively resolve the problem that water levels continue to decline. It also can improve the compressed state of loose layer as well as prevent rupture of the wellbore. These results can be a proof for the Huang-Huai region with similar conditions to prevent the shaft from damaging.

In order to solve the engineering problem on supporting difficult in intersection of medium-section in mine roadway, this paper takes the example of Yushe mine in Guizhou to conduct mechanic analysis research on damage situation of wedged wall which is located at the intersection between transportation rise roadway and 1265 conveyance stone door. The damage reasons are gained, the combined support techniques are conducted by using the steel frame, anchor cable, anchor and shotcrete which is the sealing technology of surrounding rock, the capacity of compress strength are improved. After the application of the supporting technology, we conducted a long-term monitoring record of "NiuBiZi" project, the results show that the construction of " NiuBiZi " project achieves a good supporting effect, the deformation of surrounding rock is small, the stability of surrounding rock is better.

this paper presented a new idea and method of design for coal preparation plant by PDMS 3D software in order to break the limitations of the traditional two-dimensional design and improve drawings quality of the coal preparation plant design and shorten the design cycle, introducing the advantage of PDMS three-dimensional software for the design of coal preparation plant and the parts of application for Chengde Xinfa coal preparation plant design. The steel cylinder soil diaphragm becomes easily unstable and deformed when the drop of two sides of the material is significantly, which is not conducive silo unloading unblocked and production safety. 2D and 3D model of the steel cylinder silo in the factories and mines are built in this paper. The mathematics and mechanics model on the condition of the steel cylinder silo diaphragm’s one side is empty, and the other is full is established. SIMP topology optimization design with uncertainty theory on steel cylinder silo diaphragm’s stiffness optimization design is carried out. Uses image processing technology to deal with the topology optimization results, then provide data for shape optimization in the following. Application shows that the optimization result is ideal.
