Research on Coal Mining Technology Coordination of Thick Seam Sub-level Caving Mining in Xi Chuan Coal Mine

According to sub-level caving mining conditions of 1109 thick seam face in Xi Chuan coal mine, working hours of master operation of sub-level caving mining face were measured, the study drew the coordination of master operation and it impact on production. The results showed that: hydraulic support frame shift and coordination of shearer cutting is the major technical reasons that influenced on face production; Safety and high effective production of fully mechanized top coal caving working face depends on hydraulic support frame shift ahead bracket started caving in the distance. The results provides the basis for the safety and high effective production of 1109 working face and has an important practical significance on safety and high effective production of fully mechanized top coal caving working face.

This paper takes the mining of full-mechanized face XV1304 in condition of limestone hard roof in Fenghuangshan coal mine as background, explored the roof structure and mechanical property, researched the roof structure and the roof weighting structure by theoretical calculation and field observation, the result shows: the K2 limestone roof can divide into the lower, the middle and the upper delaminations, the strength of every delamination gradually increased from down to up, the rock mass integrity also gradually raised; the lower rock which about 3.9m thick of roof(the lower delamination is about 1.3m thick, the middle one is about 2.6m thick) falled at random; the upper rock which about 5.21m thick of roof didn’t show typical periodic weighting characteristic, shows pronounced gradual sagging characteristic.

This paper discusses the three shortcomings and the corresponding technological upgrading of the main pumping equipment of the pumping room monitoring system at the Yima coal mine. First of all, through the analysis of the calculation method of efficiency, and the monitoring and controlling points of the monitoring system are designed based on that. Then this paper discusses the new control strategy of peak valley, rotation, and efficient operation of the monitoring system. Finally, the structure and function of the system is introduced.

In this paper, from the analysis of the difference between electro-hydraulic control special concentrated liquid with oil emulsion, the introduction of Xiegou Coal Mine , and analysis of the application of high efficiency working face of traditional emulsified oil as the transmission medium problems, it is in urgent need of the application of special concentrated liquid. The electro-hydraulic control special concentrated liquid has excellent anti-corrosion, anti rust and lubricating performance, can effectively avoid clogging filter, filter and valve parts, prolong the service life of the equipment, improve work efficiency, and belong to the environmental friendly products. Generally, it has more economic benefit. Through the long-term tracking electro-hydraulic control special concentrated liquid on the surface of application in 18113 fully mechanized, the actual results are also verified the practical value of special concentrated liquid.

In order to moderate the situations of water-resource shortage in mining areas, the mine drainage water of Halagou is treated and utilized as proudction water supply, by using the reuse system including pre-precipitaion of goaf formed after mining, aeration of water-jetter, and contact-oxidation filtration of interacted flushing filters. The practice application showed that the system could suit for the underground environment of coal mines, and could remove suspended solids (SS), ferrous (Fe2+) and mangano (Mn2+) effectively. The mean concentrations of SS, Fe2+ and Mn2+ in the inflow are 323mg/L, 1.21mg/L and 0.28mg/L,and in the last effluent are 2mg/L, 0.11mg/L and 0.04mg/L,with the mean removal rates of 99.4%,90.9% and 85.7%, respectively. The effluent quality can meet the demands of production water supply in the underground of coal mines.

Shaft aquifer pre-grouting working face, in order to prevent the grouting process in a lot of slurry infiltrated into the working face, reducing the grouting effect, therefore we must construct high strength concrete grouting pad reasonable, if the condition allows setting of rock cap and grout pad constitute pressure, grout pad design is reasonable or not directly effect of the grouting effect, there are many factors affecting grouting pad, is discussed in this paper through the analysis of the effects of grouting pad and combined with the geological and hydrological conditions the fourth coal mine, design and calculate the working face pre - grouting grout pad forms and parameters, guarantee the grouting effect, provides a safe working environment and reliable to work during the 4th coal mine main shaft excavation face pre-grouting, it also provides a theoretical basis for the rational design of the same conditions pre-concreting grout pad.

By the multiple faults affect Chen four floor coal mine 21501 working face ending work during the construction period, working surface structure affected lots obvious pressure appearance, broken roof, the ending work has been seriously affected. Considering comprehensivly about the surface mine pressure regularity, hydrogeololgy, blasting parameters , support parameter ,back line , and other factors, Many techniques have been adopted such as broken zone of bottom grouting strengthening, Strengthen the management of broken roof, select blasting parameters reasonably, strengthen the state management support operation, Increase channel support strength、optimize back line other control measures to administrate the ending work of fully mechanized mining face under complex structure. Good results were gained after the innovation . this study provides valuable experiences for fully mechanized mining face under the complex geological conditions.

Gas extraction with bedding holes is applied in 3204 high-gas working face of Zouzhuang coal mine. Gas pressure distribution is simulated under the condition of different distances of the two holes through ANSYS. The results show that: when the distance of the two holes is 3m, it receives the best effect of the gas drainage. With the adoption of the bedding hole, the average gas concentration which extracted by bedding holes is 63.5%, the average gas content in coal seam is 4.63m3/t, the average remnant gas pressure is 0.2MPa. it has achieved a good field application.

The real-time monitoring system of coal mine electric power harmonic based on Android mobile phone platform is designed in the paper, the harmonic monitoring node based on 32 bit ARM Cortex-M3 kernel processor STM32F103VBT6 and μC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system is developed, the ZigBee module to exchange the data among the detecting nodes, the GPRS module to realize the data’s remove transmission. The mine distributed harmonic real-time monitoring software based on Android mobile phone platform is developed, breaking through the bottleneck of the poor flexibility of the administrator must view harmonic information in server monitoring computer, the experiments show the design of the system is feasible and effective.

Great damages appeared after the initial construction of ingate at XinZhi Mine was completed. In order to govern the ingate effectively, the actual situation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods were combined in the paper. And then, the main reason of the ingates’ damage and instability was analyzed, based on which, the deep hole grouting reinforce technique of weak and fractured surrounding rocks was proposed. Then the mechanism of deep hole grouting, the grouting parameters and the process were confirmed through the research as well. Finally, effective governance was achieved through taking the technology into actual use.

In order to describe the influence of goaf-side entry retaining air leakage on goaf gas migration laws,simulated the broken expand coefficient along with the changed advancing distance by using UDEC numerical simulation software,Based on the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics to built the mathematical-physical model,By using Fluent numerical simulation software simulated the goaf gas migration law when goaf-side entry retaining air leakage, and analyzed the influence on the range of oxidization combustion zone.It suggests that the influence of goaf-side entry retaining air leakage increased the strengthen of face air leakage,speeded up the gas migration along the the strike and the inclination direction of goaf,enlarged the range of goaf oxidization combustion zone and increased the possibility of goaf coal spontaneous combustion.

The ability of making slurry with naphthalene series dispersant KY33 developed by China university of mining and technology (Beijing) as additive for coal water slurry and the improvement of its stability were studied with coals of two different ranks by adding a small amount of lignosulfonate. According to the pulping experiment, the reasonable proportion of coal sample and the optimal dose of KY33 were determined, and to improve the stability of CWS by combining with sodium lignosulfonate. The stability of CWS was investigated using Turbiscan Lab stability analyzer. The results showed that the optimal dose of KY33 varied with the coal ranks, but the effect of KY33 and the slurry stability could be effectively improved by combining with a moderate amount of lignosulfonate.

With the problems of coarse particles loss in the underflow,the poor separation effect and high ash slimes pollution in clean coal,liquid-solid fluidized bed separator for three products based on multiple sorting environments was proposed and designed.The working principle was introduced and laboratory separating tests were performed . The results show that liquid-solid fluidized bed separator for three products can broaden the separation size range ,reduce the ash of clean coal ,improve the coal recovery rate and get three products. With the significant economic and environmental benefits,provide a new idea to avoid the disadvantages of traditional liquid-solid fluidized bed .

Abstract: CO, as the index gas in the process of coal spontaneous combustion, plays an important role in forecasting the state of coal spontaneous combustion. In this paper, using the real-time monitoring device, mined-out area of coal oxidation at low temperature oxidation was simulated. The influence of particle size and initial oxygen concentration of CO release, found Gob release CO oxidation time increases performance significantly phased out and use the data fitting method to identify a function of CO production rate versus time style. At the same time, by comparison of the experimental studies have confirmed, CO release rate mainly due to the impact of inhibiting the oxidation reaction product of the reaction of oxygen in the coal besides the oxygen concentration and the surface active sites of the coal, such a mechanism may be better to explain the phenomenon of spontaneous combustion of coal.

To study effect of pipeline leaking nearby on safety of soil nailing retaining system, the paper presents a numerical model, aiming at an engineering accident example. The ABAQUS model simulates effect of different infiltration location on axial force of soil nails, horizontal displacement and safety factor. The results show that when infiltration position is gradually away from the excavation surface in case of keeping depth and width of infiltration constant, horizontal displacements first increase then decrease and there is a mutation point; safety factor first decrease then increase and achieves the minimum when the infiltration position is near the end of soil nail. The results provide the theory foundations for structural design of soil nailing retaining system.

According to the original parameters of 40KW scraper conveyor and mine safety requirements and standards, permanent magnet coupler in coal mines is designed. The type of structure is standard type. The range of output torque is calculated with the design requirements. The material of permanent magnet selectes NdFeB N45SH. Combined with experimental data, the structural parameters of prototype and the overall design calculations are completed and finished. This paper also discusses the program of overload protection and the checking process of transmission shaft.

Abstract:A new type of luffing mechanism of hydraulic split type drilling rig in coal mine is designed, and the structure and working principle are introduced. In order to study the dynamic performance of the Luffing mechanism, established its mechanics model under two conditions of Adjustable Angle and normal drilling drilling rig. Based on MATLAB simulation analysis software to get two sets of adjustable Angle cylinder stress under different working conditions with shaft Angle and stress change of gyrator trajectory surface. Those achievements provide a kind of theoretical basis for the structural design of the luffing mechanism.

This paper analyses the way to enhance the separation efficiency of the mechanical movable sieve jigging, researching the mechanical movable sieve jigging technology and process parameters form the quick-return degree of emergency power, dual source power drive, accumulator design and intelligent control system. Introduced the JLT1.6/3.2G efficiency mechanical movable sieve jigging is applied of industrial at Jinwantong Coal Preparation Plant in Shaanxi province, field application research shows: feed size form 50mm to 200mm, separation density is 1.955 g/cm3, imperfect degree is 0.080 and number of efficiency is 96.96%, compared with conventional mechanical movable sieve jigging machine, the efficiency mechanical movable sieve jigging have the ability to adapt the changes of raw coal and stability of the separation indicators.

Abstract:With the interpretation and understanding on the state documents [2011]15,[2012]15,[2013]10, the paper stated the technical-economic analysis of three-phase construction scheme of mine emergency escape sytstem. Consider that the documents above simplifing properly construction scheme of emergency escape system. And according to the calculation, the safe special pipeline can provide air and oxygen for the underground refuge chamber in the case of disaster, that is technically possible and economically feasible. The construction funds fall 60%, reducing stress for Mine.
